We ship to all post codes in Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

We heavily subsidise shipping costs and are pleased to offer you FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 and flat rate shipping for other orders. Flat rate shipping is between $10 and $20 depending on your location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check out. 

When will my order be shipped?

We are a small operation located in regional Victoria. Unlike metro areas our shipping methods are somewhat limited. To keep shippings costs down we select the cheepest carrier for your location. Each carrier has their own pickup schedule so it can take up to 5 days business days before your order is shipped. We will make every effort to ship your order earlier where possible! Dispatch days may vary due to public holidays or due to events outside our control.

When will I receive my order?

We do our very best to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, but we lose control once the item leaves our warehouse. Once dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. For NSW, ACT Victoria and Queensland, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery from when you recieve the tracking info. For WA/NT/SA/TAS, please allow 6-10 business days from when you recieve the tracking info.

What if I am not home?

All parcels are sent with an authority to leave in a safe place (no signature required). Please use the “order notes” at check out to indicate if you require a signature.

What if I change my mind after I place my order?

That’s cool. Simply email us as soon as possible at [email protected] explaining what you would like to change, as well as your order number – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, then we’ll do everything we can to assist in your request.

Shipping Refunds

All postage costs associated with exchanges are not refunded by Hairy Armadillo unless the product is deemed faulty. You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Note that we do not provide refunds on shipping fees if parcels are not delivered within a set timeframe..
